Regan Mott is a Utah native, having grown up enjoying the amazing picturesque Wasatch front mountains and breath-taking sunsets. Her family settled in Bountiful where she lived until getting married to her husband. She knows how lucky she is to be living in one of the most pristine areas of the country. Her real estate knowledge extends beyond her town, encompassing other communities including all the scenic and sought-after suburbs of Davis County, to the beautiful mountains of Eden, and many other cities and towns along the Wasatch Front.
Regan loves assisting her clients through all types of real estate transactions, from land purchases, or condos, to million-dollar properties. Whatever the price point, she is constantly trying to astonish them with a world-class, professional, and above and beyond all expectations. She takes great pride in building life-long friendships with her clients that endure far beyond any transaction. No matter the level of complexity of any transaction, she has a firm grasp of contracts and can aggressively advocate on her clients’ behalf to ensure they get the best deal whether they’re buying or selling. Regan understands the logistics and challenges involved in finding just the right home or selling a house with the greatest outcome for her clients’ needs. She takes a personal interest in their situation, aware her clients are working on possibly one of the most important transactions of their lives.
Introducing clients to the area’s outdoor lifestyle is one of the many pleasures she enjoys as a Realtor®, and she gets the most satisfaction assisting clients in finding that ideal place that fits their budget and they can call home. Outside of real estate, Regan loves to spend time with her husband, two sons, 6 grandsons, and many friends while camping, skiing, running, or volleyball she loves to enjoy all that Utah has to offer.
