Shannon got her real estate license at the young age of 18 and is now the Principal Broker at My Utah Agents. Prior to her and her business partner Liz starting their own brokerage, they were with Keller Williams who named Shannon as part of the Top 10 Women in the Region for 2018. She is a great example of both focus & drive. If you know her you can tell firsthand she believes in a work hard & play hard life motto. People often ask how she has so much energy & time. Well when you are excited about all life has to offer, it's easy to get up every day and do what you love. During the week you'll see her leading a team of talented professionals as she is the co-owner of My Utah Agents, one of Utah's top producing teams. She is truly passionate about elevating our real estate industry as a whole through mentoring & training others to be leaders in the industry. She is also dedicated about innovating the real estate industry as well, and just launched Aurie which challenges Agents and their Brokers to rethink real estate by creating a professional platform for others to be able to collaborate by leveraging different aspects of their transaction to other Agents who are a master at their "one thing" and will add value to the consumer experience. In addition to that, she is the sole owner of My Utah Stagers which helps Agents and their Sellers truly showcase their home & listings to sell for top dollar. She currently resides in North Ogden but her and her husband have plans to make their way closer to the Salt Lake. She has served as the 2015 Local Network President, 2017 Utah State President, 2018 Region IV Vice President, 2019 Inaugural Leadership Institute and is now serving as the 2020 Utah State Leadership Identification and Development Chair for the Women's Council of Realtors. This organization has helped her in becoming a leader in her business, the real estate industry as a whole and the communities she serves. In a competitive market, it is crucial to stay ahead of the curve. By expanding her real estate knowledge, attending national conferences frequently and keeping at the forefront of what's next, she stands apart from the crowd.
